CST Malleable Iron Pipe Fittings Lettering:
The lettering is marked on the surface of the pipe joint to indicate the type,size and number of the pipe.The lettering has no effect on the connection of the pipe joints,just a logo,so for the sake of beauty,the words required to be engraved are clear,and the position is uniform and reasonable.The main processing method is usually printed on a punching machine or,if possible,formed during shaping.

Since the pipe joints may oxidize and oil,debris may adhere to the surface during the production process,and the pipe joints are mostly used for domestic water after being connected with the copper water pipes,it is required to be clean and sanitary,so polishing and cleaning is very important.The oxidized pipe joints are generally pickling first.Pickling is generally carried out by using 15%-20% H2SO4 (sulfuric acid),soaking for 5-30 minutes,taking out and rinsing and then polishing.Polishing is to use a rotary vibrating machine,the pipe joint and the grinding ball,plus some polishing agent,through the rotary vibration of the rotating vibrating machine,the pipe joint and the grinding ball are fully ground to make the inner and outer surfaces of the pipe fittings bright.And grinding time are generally ranging from 20-60min.After polishing,the pipe joints are rinsed twice with water and placed in a centrifugal drying oven to avoid oxidation and keep dry.Now there are environmentally friendly cleaning agents and ultrasonic cleaners that work better.
