Last month, the pipe fitting factory of our CangZhou CST group received a purchased order of steel elbows from our regular client. The elbows specification is ASME B16.9, 40INCH,SCH-STD and 48INCH,SCH-STD. The material is ASTM A234 WPB. NACE MR01-75. The marking is also according to the ASME standard. All these manufacturing requirements are common in our work , very easy to finish, only the packing is special than our regular order. It is a high level of the project, our client emphasize not only the quality of elbows but also the packing of pipe fittings.
As we know, the large size pipe fittings are in a high weight, they will break each other when they impact. After discussed with our elbow client, we decided to use one package for every piece of elbow to prevent from impacting. Though it will bring more volume, and use more containers, the packages are really strong and have a good performance in elbow protection.
